Shipping policy

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK Delivery - £5.99

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Vorelle scents cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied  by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weekends and UK bank holidays.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to introduce this in the future.
