Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfume oils unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the product. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
